Using HyperPerfect
Reference File Library
Build an organized library of reference files your AI can access across every conversation.
Build an organized library of reference files your AI can access anytime. Use them for sourcing data and information, or as templates for workflows that need to be repeatable.
Why a File Library
You reference the same documents across many conversations. Templates, policy docs, prior reports, reference data. Uploading them every time is tedious. The file library solves this by giving you a persistent, organized place to store everything the AI needs.
The AI doesn't just store your files. It reads them, adds context to them, and understands what's available and why the information matters. This helps it pull in the right information at the right time during all of your work, without you having to tell it which file to look at.
The more you build up your library, the more the AI understands how you work.
What You Can Upload
- PDFs: Reports, policy documents, reference materials. The AI reads and extracts data from them.
- Spreadsheets (XLSX): Templates, prior reports, reference datasets. The AI can read sheet contents.
- Images: Screenshots, diagrams, charts. The AI uses vision to understand them.
How It Works
Upload Files
Open the Files tab and upload documents to your library. Files persist across all conversations. Upload once, use anywhere.
AI Contextualizes Everything
When you upload a file, the AI reads it and adds its own context: what the file contains, what kind of information it holds, and when it might be relevant. This means the AI knows what's in your library and can proactively pull in the right reference material during a task.
Link to Prompts and Agents
Attach files to custom prompts or agents so they always have the context they need. When you invoke a prompt or deploy an agent, its linked files come along automatically.
Use Cases
Templates and Custom Models
Upload report templates, custom financial models, or custom analyses where you want the AI to follow the patterns in prior work. It reads the template, understands the structure, and replicates it with new data. Build a quarterly model once and the AI follows the same layout every time.
Reference Data
Store lookup tables, rate sheets, or reference datasets. The AI accesses them when it needs to cross-reference information during analysis.
Policy and Standards
Upload formatting guidelines, compliance requirements, or analytical frameworks. The AI checks its work against these documents.
Prior Work
Keep prior-quarter reports or historical analyses. The AI can match formatting, compare results, or build on previous work.
In-Chat Uploads
You can also drag and drop files directly into a conversation for one-time use. The file library is for files you want to keep and reuse across multiple conversations.
